Ignition Source Pick-up for an 05 Dakar

Hi All,

I am trying to locate an ignition source pick-up for an 05 Dakar. Before I go ferreting about with a multi-meter, does anyone know where I can located a good wire???

Triton,
under the seat there is a 4 wire group that heads for the back light - just make sure you pick up the one that powers the back light and NOT the brake light (or you could make a mess of the ABS) - you can do all this under the back panel cover.

OR,

going into the fuse box there is a fat plain green wire. this is an ignition pick up i used for my auto com
