Fitz,

I just put mine over the entire seat (covers rider & pillion) and then put a bungee over the rear part.

I just put a short bungee over the lowest part of the seat, seems to do the trick.

The best way to stop the sheepskin moving about is to wear it UNDER the trousers - try it as substitute underpants - furry side in of course.

how permanent do you want it ?
probably removable if it gets wet.

Why not use self adhesive backed velcro tape - stick one side ( soft ) to the seat and the other to your furry bit.

It come in varying widths - use as much or as little as you need DYOR

then you can swap in / out and still ride w/o with no bother ?

Talking to Sam Manicom (?) at the fantastic H/O world travellers weekend, the guy that's been in the press lately for setting off to Africa and returning some eight years and 55 countries later.
He swears by a sheepskin and attached his with a couple of those common plastic snap in buckles (money belt/rucksac type) one on either side.
Realy nice bloke he was too!
