Help whats on the market to over come this problem ?

How about a Ford Mondeo.

Sounds like you should really be driving a car !!

You are riding a motorbike, wind is part of the experience, as is getting wet in the rain and getting road dirt all over you. What is with all this music / autocom / bike to bike etc ??

Just get all that crap off and ride the bike and accept things as they are meant to be.

There are probably more tweaks you can do to the Autocom such as precisely positioning the helmet speakers - but ultimately if you want clear audio you should splash out on a set of in ear monitors from a reliable company such as Ultimate Ear or Green Leopard. Ask autocom to make you one of their special headset harnesses (£20 ish?) to match the monitors and you will enjoy comfortable and crystal clear audio at any speed you care to ride at - as well as protecting what remains of your hearing

First thing, is you helmet a good fit? Did you try on a few to make sure it was as snug as you can get? I've found that even the smallest of gaps creates lots of windnoise. Next, are the speakers where they should be in relation to your ear? Try moving them around to experiment.
Do you use foam ear plugs? I wear a tour x which is fairly noisy but with ear plugs in the wind noise is banished and the music from the autocom is MUCH clearer and deeper. Try it you might be surprised how much difference they make:thumb2
