Happened twice now in four years. Brake lever travel increases and lever has to be pulled back to the grips - bloody scary
Took me a while to suss the first time, but it was only the little adjuster on the lever. It had either vibrated round or some silly bugger was messing about.
Just thought I'd give a heads up - might save an unnecessary brake bleed
