Hi fellow tossers had a TomTom Start bought for my birthday, could anyone tell me if there is a dedicated mount to fit the 1200GS or a simple cycle mount? Can only find mounts for TomTom One etc. Thanks in anticipation.

What is a TomTom Start ? is the first question and also the problem  as those marketing Johnny's at Tom Tom keep reinventing products and it confuses hell out of everyone :augie

There's 3 cradles for a Tom Tom One series, RAM-HOL-TO4, TO5 and TO5 which was is anyone's guess :nenau

I recently posted this on another thread and may be useful

I'm reasonably sure that the TomTom Start is a TomTom One (3.5 inch screen) with less options on the screen. It's for technophobes who want something very simple.

Thanks for your replies, the start may be the same size screen etc,but the casing is slimmer at the back (flat) so would not be held correctly by a tomtom one holder,(I think). My only option at the moment may be to fix with strong double sided tape to a home made platform.
Another option would be a ball mount to replace the origanal windsceen suction cup its supplied with.
Any one know where to get a 16mm ball mount?
