LC4 Adv centreside & sidestand combination

I have a 03 Adv with both OEM centreside and sidestand, is it only possible to fit an aftermarket sidestand such as SW-MOTECH are there others? with the OEM centreside.

Ditch the standard combined stand as they have a weak spot in the mounting bolt and fit any 2nd hand LC4 side stand, if it's not long enough just get it extended.

That's what I've done with my ADV and it's fine

Unsure of the term standard combined stand your using, the combination people seem to use is the OEM centrestand and a Motech sidestand to have both, I need a sidestand to get on and off the bike.

Buy something like this
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/KTM-640-LC...item3cbf1e36da

If it leans over too far, get it extended.

I've used both the available options:

1. the standard KTM parts for the 640 Adventure
http://www.ktmpartfinder.com/
2003 - 640 LC4 Adv EU - Attachments page

but this is not as strong/long lasting as:

2. the Dual Star weld on kit
http://www.dual-star.com/index2/Bran...Side_Stand.htm

it needs to be fitted professionally as the tab must be in the right place and at the right angle!
