Crotch strap or zip?
Just changed my gore tex kit. My new to me jacket doesnt have a connecting zip for the trousers just the crotch strap.
Is the sufficient to keep the wet and cold out?
Who uses what and why??

Been using Hein Geriche kit for years and they have the crotch strap, find it keeps the draughts out and no issue with rain.......
