Smile BMW R100R Mystic

Have just purchased a 1994 BMW R100R Mystic,i need to lower the ride hight by around 4 inches,i can get about 2 inches by sculpting the seat, does anyone know if it is possible to lower the suspension by way of fitting a shorter shock absorber on the rear paralever and lower the front forks by the same amount or are there any lowering kits available for this model of bike. All suggestions will be most welcome, thanks,Doodlebug,

Shock change

Hagons would probably make you a shorter one, and I sure some of the other makers of shocks may offer the same service.
Do not forget you will have some issues with side and centre stand lengths.
If you change you rear shock would you be selling the old one ? (could be interested)
