Thanks for organizing another one i can see there is a fair bit of work organizing one of these, we will probably make it but you know me it will be lastminute.com
 
Hotel says they are booked-out when I rang this morning and mentioned the event, and will put me on cancellation list.

Have booked B&B in the mean time.
