KTM530exc vs honda crf450x

Before I go for the obvious KTM530exc, I feel I should lookma t something different.

anyone got experience of the honds crf450x?

will have soon, inbound from Dubai.

Honda is rated best-in-class and KTM 30% more expensive here so no brainer.

If I had not a GS, I might be tempted, but the thing I want is a light bike for off-roading, and the KTM is not light.

I stand corrected, I had a wrong impression from somewhere that the KTM was 135kgs
