Front wheel removal tool?

Do I need to have a front wheel removal tool thingy?? I was thinking In case of a puncture when out somewhere, would the tyre guy have one already?

I don't really want one, there are other things I would like more...

I just know if I get a puncture the bloke will say, I can't change that mate, I don't have the weird tool thingy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :blast

get the correct size headed bolt (19mm)and a couple of nuts and get them tack welded together

I measured mine, it appears to be 22mm...
Is this number for a 19 or 22mm? (GT MOTO SPINDLE KEY SKU 265231-0)
