Bought mine from Clarks Birmingham in August 2008.
2005 05 plated 1200 Gs in desert yellow.
Had around 13k on the clock back then + another 10k as of now.
It was already adorned with Gser sticker logos so I assume it was previously owned by a bod from here.
Anyway its now living in Spain and registered here accordingly, the only physical changes needed were the light unit and of course Spanish plate.
Whoever you are I would just like to say that I am more than impressed with it, the mechanical and physical condition is superb :thumb2
I look forward to many many happy miles, sorry I mean kms, in the future.
If it was yours feel free to pm me anytime. I understand that you may have chopped it in for a 1200 Adv.
Heres a piccy to remind you.
I am now standing by for the usual piss take so bring it on. :D
:DMy bike Javea 020.jpg

Orba is the next valley along from Jalon, strangely enough we lived at Paraiso for 3 years and I still look after a couple of swimming pools up there so may see you about sometime. Its nice there btw.... enjoy your hols :D

the guy who does our pool is a spaniard:(

That would be either Salvador or Pablo, nice chaps. May see you about in August then. :thumb

Nice looking bike. Of course no salt on the roads and very little frost to bugger up the metalwork...

I have an apartment in Cumbre del Sol (communial pool and a pool cleaner who does a good job - he might be Spanish :guitarist or not - LOL) and really intend to get the GS down there some day. Nice trip from Santander to Javia I believe.

Chips

Its nice up at Cumbre, yes you should bring the bike down, plenty of good roads inland to enjoy.
Yep, no salt down this way ta very much :thumb

And, presumably you could include the name of the previous keeper from the Registration document or did you have to hand that back when you registered the bike in Spain?
