I'll tell you why Enduro riders are hard
It's not the courage, manhandling a huge motorcycle on soft ground at mad speed, the heat or the crashes. It's putting on the f******* boots.
Out in 22 degrees for five hours today - not problem. Home to find the Astars Tech 8s I bought off Clod have arrived...40 minutes sweating, swearing, stretching and crunching fingers.
I think I may have pulled a shoulder muscle.

Yes, but I've not been doing enduro long. Give me another six months and I'll be dribbling whilst trying to tape them on to my arms....

less pressure on the clutch
If you often have problems with sore left hand due to switch gear or using the clutch a lot, if the bike is good, you dont need to pull the clutch before switch gear up, just give some gas and then lift up your left foot, and it shouldn't cause any problems if you have the correct rmp.
