municipal campsites

hi can anyone tell me if the french municipal campsites stay open all year?

Borrow a copy of the michelin camping France guide.
AFAIK the specific details of each camp site are listed in it, Inc the seasonal opening hours

ive since found ukcampsite.co.uk that gives you french campsites that stay open all year for any one else whos interested.

Dont beleive it - not many of the campsites that were listed as open all year or into November were open last week when I went - bugger the campsites Formule 1's are not much more expensive and warm and clean.
