Hi. Just a quick note to say that your residential chef has been hired for the WeeKend.
I'll even book the lead up week as holiday to help with the preparations; such as helping to plan and order the breakfast meats, bacon and sausages etc.

Damn and blast. No show for me. TT doesn't finish until the Friday and I have to guard against the possibility of a Saturday race too.

I am sorry to say that I won't be able to make this one. I'm off on a trip on the 14th for over four weeks. Going AWOL the weekend prior as well may be construed as extracting the urine
