Battery Charger

Can anyone recommend a decent battery chager/conditioner that will plug staight into my GS1100.

I'm looking too. Is optimate still the best option?

i have used an Optimate III & 4. They will connect to your auxiliary socket and charge no problem as it doesn't have the Can Bus system like the 1200GS. I connect an Optimate 4 via hardwired cable from bike battery terminals. They are great pieces of kit, they maintain your battery by testing it occasionally and trickle charges it if needed.

Your different options for connecting are DIN plug into your aux socket, Croc clips or hardwired cables to give you a Car sized 12V socket, handy if you want an extra socket for charging phone etc whilst riding.

My Optimate III is redundant as i now only have 1 bike. If your interested in one, let me know.

Andy,I would be interested in your Optimate 3 if Johnskuse does not want it .
