Greetings from afar

To cut to the chase. Purchased a rear Ohlins shock with two springs. The softer one is fitted. How do I change to the standard one. Specialist job or what?

Thanks for your help

Do not consider trying to change the spring yourself!

You need the correct equipment in the form of a spring compressor and the knowledge to know what to do, it's a case if you have to ask how you should not be considering it I'm afraid.

Contact a local specialist, not an expensive job.

Enjoy the shock :thumb

That´s what I thought. Had a good look at it and then decided to ask the Guru´s. Didn´t fancy being a hero.

I´ve tried it on the softer spring and can already tell the difference. Thanks for the info.

Harris sell the tool. it's about £200 IIRC but probably has VAT to be added.
