alarm problem gs

Trying to get the alarm to function in my 2010 GSA TC. No red light on the dash, no noise when I press the buttons, no indication of any sign of life of an alarm! Fob has battery and tried a new fob too. Any thoughts? No warnings come up on dash or GS911 Thanks in advance!
