flat battery

Bought a 2012 GS1200 4 weeks ago, I've done 300 miles on it, been in garage for last 6 days without being used and now battery completely discharged..nothing.. after 6 days. My optimate 4 will not charge it via canbus. My 3rd GS, both the 2004 and 2017ADV charged via the optimate...

Some advice, please. I've been away for a couple of months (not on my bike, unfortunately) and having returned I've found my battery is completely flat. What should I do to get the bike started?
