So the fuel cap on my GSA, well the ring, had some surface corrosion. It bugs me so I bought another used fuel cap (from an 1150) and replaced it. All good, you can replace the barrel easily. I would not say how long it took me to figure out how to "reset" the spring that brings back the key in...

Hello, Could somebody advise how to remove the rust without putting everything apart? Basically, can i dip it into something for a few days without damaging electrics? Can i poor something to the tank with the plate and electrics in without damaging anything? Many Thanks :bow:bow:bow...
