sprocket

What size socket do I need for bolt on the front sprocket? I don't seem to have anything in my tool kit to fit that bolt. I did recently change to a 17t sprocket, but I used someone else's tools then. On the subject of the 17t sprocket, I'm not overly keen on it. Thanks
