'08 GSA ESA el line seal damage

While busy installing my new MudSling I become aware that the seal on the electric line to the ESA unit was damaged The bike was new this spring and I don't understand how this could happen Probably just a fault on my bike like one in a million, but no harm done to inspect/check this for the rest of you - probably take you the effort of bending your knees and about 30 seconds - and then peace of mind
