08 GSA seat problems

Is it just me or is anyone else uncomfortable on the GSA seat after a couple of hours I am starting to find it really unpleasant! Has anyone changed it and if so what for

Yep 08 seat a right pain in thr back side. Changed to Touratech Kahedo. Much better and now all day riding for weeks on end no problems at all. Have done 300 mile non stop runs with no problems at all.

I'm surprised they changed the seat from the 06 GSA.

I've done many 500 mile days on mine with no discomfort at all.

Mine's ok, give it time before you splash out hundreds on a replacement

A fellow tosser suggested adjusting the seat to the tall setting at the front and the low setting at the rear. This helps me a bit, it may work for you

Before you spend hundreds on a new seat, raise the front and lower the back of the seat to protect the family jewels from being squashed and invest in a dead sheep from www.lambland.co.uk.

The sheepskins from there fit really nicely and will make a world of difference and even if it doesn`t you haven`t waste much dough.

Give your seat time though. It may bed in. I`ve done 36k and never use anything unless I`m on a long tour then I use an Airhawk and sheepskin combo. 962 mile comfy
