1:50000 electronic maps of Northern Spain

Some friends of mine are going trail riding in the Pyrennes next month, and want to plan some routes and download them into a Garmin Etrex. They already have some 1:50000 paper military maps showing the routes but these are to big to scan in and import into Memory map.
Does anyone have any electronic large scale maps of this area that I could input into Memory map or know where I could get some ?

I've been trying to find some 1:50,000 electronic maps of Southern Spain for some time - with no luck.

I do have 1:100,000 Memory-Map maps for the whole of Europe if that would be of any help.

On a different note - do you use Memory-Map with an SP3, if so does your SP3 have firmware 2.60, and if so again can you use your SP3 and Memory-Map together? Since upgrading my SP3 to firmware 2.60 I can't use Memory-Map with it, everything else is OK apart from Memory-Map.
