Since you’ve already started…Replace…..

Suspension
Cylinders/pistons
Cam
Lifters
Rockers
Valve springs
Pushrods (for ease of next cam swap)
Inlet manifold
Injectors
Piston coolers
Cam chest internals
ECM
Headers (I’m afraid you’ll need matching mufflers)

That should keep you going…..

Then we can start on Primary and transmission….🤣

Seriously, if it’s a workshop you trust, ask them to look at your compensator whilst it’s in the shop….
Well I might aswell just do it then. Is it a big job ? I don't mind spending the money but I don't want to get ripped off either.
Maybe 2nd city again 🤔

In terms of labour? Not really. I suppose an hours labour. Drain case, remove outer cover, remove tensioner, remove the whole assembly (clutch/comp/chain) inspect, install in reverse. Just ask your dealer/service guy to quote. Knowing what’s involved should help you consider the cost of his quote. You can get a feel for the cost of gasket from the link someone posted recently. If it’s ok, you’re good to go, if it’s not, look at the options for replacement in advance?

Is it easier for me to buy the compensator ?
And thanks for the offer via pm.
