Hi,

A previous owner of this bike hit something hard enough (the ground?) to break off the standard fog light (not touratech) and then epoxy'd it back on. However it has now given way.

Before I reglue it, it looks as it is held on by a small plastic peice which links the fog light strut to the lamp itself.

I'm guessing that I can buy a new part from BMW but was wondering if anyone knows how much this peice of plastic is?

I'm guessing it's likely to be 're-assuringly' expensive......

Thanks.

Keep guessing... :D

Well according to a BMW dealership, the answer is you can't buy the part and a replacement costs just over £200....

Well based on this, should I:

1. Suck it up and pay it
2. Try to find a bike breake who might have one (can anyone recommend one)
3. Put the £200 towards for other lamps

Any thoughts much appreciated.
