1150 GSA BMW Crash Bar Fitting Question

Hi all,

I bought some second hand bmw crash bars for my 1150 GSA, all ok but on the right hand one you seem to need the worlds longest allen key to put the bolt in the main tube. Is this correct or am I missing something?

That is funny.

I've seen a 2m ring spanner being used at a ship repairers: It was about M500. Four men guiding the spanner on the job and two with sledge hammers torquing it up.

i found that the end comes off mine its like a reducer in end of crash bar that attaches to the bike

that way you can bolt it on then the crashbar locates onto it
