Following on from this post (here) I managed to get my hands on a KTM 41Lt pannier inner bag from Graham in VMX in Arklow and its a perfect fit for the GSA ally panniers, one of which I use as a top box. See pics below.

OK, so its the wrong branding, but it is a very cheap alternative (€25 per bag )........while its smart construction and a sturdy material it is not waterproof - it will protect the gear in a shower etc if you are running from bike to lodgings, but the seams are not taped (I tested them...) so they'll not take being submerged etc. - thats what the pannier seal is for :) Having a liner in the top-box also stops a fair bit of the rattle from the contents.

There is a 35Lt option too - not sure how much for that one.

I recently got a 1150GSA and have the same BM panniers, I had 2 of the tank bags which LIdl had on offer over the last year and have found these a very snug fit in the panniers, they have very handy pockets and one type has the pull out rain cover, plus if you need the extra space one of the tank bags can be used on the tank leaving the pannier free. and at 15 and 20 euro each a bargain to boot...!

A couple of years ago I got a cheapo kit bag from Argos that was a perfect fit for the GSA alloy box, cost a tenner, here it was

Last month I got a set of Al Jesse panniers and the kitbags were no longer suitable.

Went to the Argos sale at the weekend and got these, again, an almost perfect match for the new panniers, all for under a tenner each.
