1150 GSA Pannier - rear brackets

It'll be on this site somewhere, but anyone know where I can source the brackets that fit onto the back of the OE 1150GSA side panniers?
The sort of thing used to carry fire extinguisher/oil can/water etc.

Are the panniers still waterproof after fitting?

It will take weight further back - it this enough to be noticeable?

Touratech do them....I dont think BMW made ones of their own.
