1150GS Panniers

Hi,

I've got the opportunity to buy a set of BMW panniers for my 1150GS, but they were bought originally for a 99 model 1100GS. They look the same, but does anyone know if they will fit?

Yep - they'll go straight on - exactly the same.
Don't pay any more than £200 even if they're pristine - new ones from Motoworks are about £295
Another tip , go to a BMW dealer and order 2 new lock barrels to go into panniers , with your ignition key number and hey presto in about a week they'll arrive and you can get them to fit them into panniers , so you'll have the same key for your ignition and panniers - saves a lot of hassle.
How much you ask ? cheap at £10 per pannier ie a measely £20 in total.
