I hope someone can advise me on here. Several times over the weekkend run to/from Ripley I had trouble going over 4000rpm in E, I would wind the throttle on,the revs would rise about 800rpm but with no extra power, then fall back to 4000. ( This was with the bike properly warmed up and no sign of slip pulling away etc) It was like there was clutch slip above 4000.
Late on my run home it seemed to clear and I could wind it on towards 6000 with more power, although not pleasant to do, it showed it could be done.
Any ideas anyone??
