Is the KTM sat nav holder any good, or are there better options out there?
Also any advice regarding the best/easiest place to get a switched supply would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike

I heard the KTM one bounces around so I fitted the Touratech one. Neat fit as it fits behind the clocks on the three mountings. Behind the headlight there are two spare live feeds, one is permanent live, the other is switched. They are marked up Acc & Acc 2. Can't remember which is which but it's easy to check with a test light. The wires behind the headlamp are a pain to get at as you've got to remove all the fairing panels.

I will try and drop a picture on this.
I have the KTM bracket, just behind the screen. No bouncing at all and used a TomTom Rider 2 and now a Garmin Zumo.
Wires behind headlight.
One already wired up, marked 15 amp I think, used for heated grips I think as it is not available.
Wired into a permanent live marked 5 amps I think.

These are the Acc1 and Acc2.

Panel removal is a pain.

I have wired up the KTM bracket today. Managed to connect it to the switched acc sockets next to the headlamp without removing the panels, but will need to do it again as there is too much cable coiled up to hide in the panelling. Have not had the chance to ride the bike to see how stable it is.
Cheers,
Mike
