1200 GS Topbox... Can I get a refund?

Just noticed a crack in my topbox in the the same feckin place as everyone else has mentioned in previous posts.

The thing is, this is my 2nd one to have this problem. Fed up. Want to know if you think the BMW dealership will give me a refund rather than replace it.

Also, what would be the most popular replacement if I decided to go with another brand whilst BMW get their fingers out of their bum? They must realise that the top boxes are flimsy and losing them a lot of money in replacements and/or people going to other brands to buy topboxes.

Yes. Goods not fit for intended purpose. Demand a refund if you dont want another replacement.

I have the BMW side boxes which are fine but got a givi back mount (you do not have to cut the panel @ the back like the BMW one ) as i use a givi box on my other bike so swop it over no problems
