1200GS in DRAB OLIVE

drab orange

I used to operate a fleet of cars, lorries and motorcycles - all in 'more or less) drab olive. They were not ntended to look attractive - they were not intended to be seen at all. Don't do that to a GS!

100%

"If I do it im going to do the whole bike,everything except the seat,tyres etc"..EVERTHING means just that. Spokes, hubs, handlebars, mirrors (you are permitted to leave one side reflective if you wish,) motor, gearbox, transmission etc.etc;
If you do it ( as we did in the Army) NOTHING that shines must be left. (Oh, and you had better do your helmet to match.)

Some vehicles can be made to look good in Nato Matt Green.

I say go for it, do something different. As long as you like, then no worries, I went for tiger stripes in the end.

Good luck with it.

Could depend on where you're going? I suspect military style camo might not be appropriate in certain parts of the world:augie

Wales should be OK

"....I suspect military style camo might not be appropriate in certain parts of the world...." There used to plenty about at Sennybridge and Trawsfynnd - no, i can't spell it now - in the Army it was 'Trousers;'
