Just looking for suggestions or products that can be used to properly secure my auxiliary lights on my GSA. At the moment it's too easy for some genius with a 10mm spanner to walk away with them. My mate lost both his recently on a European trip and I don't want to end up the same way.

either round off the bolts so a spanner won't fit or a few years ago I fitted a replacement nut onto an exhaust can hanger, it needed a special key to fit it. Or even cheaper is changing the nut and bolt for security allen/torx heads, just makes it that more difficult for the opportunist

Got it sorted. I fitted a lock nut on a torx bolt in the centre of the bracket that the lamp is mounted on. You need both a torx head and a spanner to remove the centre bolt. I also replaced the outer bolts on the lamp with lock nuts. It means that it takes a lot longer to undo the lock nuts and bolts wheras the original set up only required the loosening of a 10mm nut. Hopefully if someone toe-rag wants them at least he will have to work to get them.
