1200GSA side/centre stand swap for GS

About to have lowered Wliber suspension, by 2", fitted to my 12GSA. Realise that the side/centre stand may be a problem. Does anyone know or has tried fitting the stands from a 1200 GS to the GSA to see if that helps. Would rather do this than get the hacksaw out. Once this has been sorted, the standard Wilbers can go on sale.

Call your local dealer. He should be able to give you this info just by looking on his parts fich or at the two bikes in the showroom.

My guess would be that both 06 bikes have the same basic frame.
