I am currently on Blood Bike duty and using our new 1250RT. I've noticed the addition of these new wings to the front of the crankcase. Any idea on their purpose, aerodynamics, engine cooling?

Looks like they are designed to direct the road muck from the front wheel direct onto the front of the engine. ..
Ive no idea but id like some for my 1200 RT
Don't think you can have them , btm bit of fairing (1250) is a totally different design ...... look at one and compare it to yours !
I suspect the 1200’s exhausts will get in the way
