Just did 2 days at 240 miles per day on comfort seat. It was OK for 'comfort'.

I have a trip in Spain / Portugal with 9 continuous days early next month and suspect it will be a challenge but for £45 extra not bad.

My stock seat on my last w/c was so poor I bought a Sargent for millions of Queenies Greenies. It was OK.

Why didn't you fit the sargent seat to your new bike then?

I have a Touratech seat which i am finding gets more comfy the more i'm in the saddle!

Sold it for more than I paid for it. The Sargent cut into my leg when stationary which did become a problem on a long trip. I've had Sargent on a number of bikes and generally comfortable.

Try these guys http://www.sheepskinshop.co.uk/product-category/sheepskin-motorbike-seat-covers/

I bought one for my 2016 GSA (ignore the picture on the site, as they do model specific covers, just include your bike details in the order form), for a trip to Bosnia last October. Standard seat and one of these, multiple 300+ mile days, still able to walk when I got off each day!

So the BMW Comfort seat and the Sergeant seats are OK

Comprehensive review :D

Much thinking and careful wording gone in to that comprehensive review then!

Look, there is an election on with lots of waffle so succinct reviews are essential as readers attention spans are challenged.

Not done big miles yet but the stock seat seems okay, if I have any problems though it will be off to Tony Archer in Huddersfield for him to work his magic on.
Last seat he did me was on a Triumph Explorer that I subsequently did a 19 hour run from Monaco back to Leeds where other than waiting for the channel tunnel I didn't stop for longer than 15 mins in 4 petrol stops.

I got my new bike with the comfort seat. I don't think it is as comfortable as the standard seat on my 2015 bike.
