18 000 and annual service cost

Hi, can anyone shed light on what to epxect for the annual AND 18 000 mile service? I am looking at buying an RT and it has 16 000 on the clock, so will be due soon. Its an 08 model

My GS is due an annual and 18k. Ringing round the dealers here in the SE they're all quoting around £300-350. Annual inc brake fluid and gearbox oil.

Have gone with an independent for £180-200

Thanks, I'll be doing the same either with my new RT should I decide to buy it, or my GS as my GS is approaching 24..a biggy too

Just collected my RT from the independent BMW technician I use - 18,000 mile service = £73.34. I supplied the oil, I can get it cheaper than he can.

I have been playing with the idea of getting a new-ish RT for a while, my nearest BMW dealer is about a hundred miles away, could I do the services myself without invalidating the warranty? No, actually, I don't really think I could, but just thought I'd ask.
