It was the inbuilt pockets that I couldn’t get, they seemed neither use nor ornament. Apart from those, I thought it was a pretty cool bike.

That time we met in the Cotswolds for the day, sat at the lights (can’t remember the name of the town) and two of them rolled into town. Never seen one in the flesh, then you get two at once, both red and yellow as above.
Wouldn’t be surprised if the bike in the article, being one of the two I’ve seen that time. They did look mint.

Hayabusa, not for me, yet there are generations of people who adore them, and that’s fine by me.
It is also a bike with a what looks like a massive air dynamic front fender. Was K1 the bike that started that trend?

There are many bikes that I personally wouldn’t have for one or the other reason, but I am glad that people with different taste do like something less mainstream.
