2/3 Days riding - Where would you recommend I go looking for a lane?

I am meeting Stromfiltrator from this parish in the springtime somewhere in the UK - Destination yet to be decided, He lives in Yorkshire, I live in Surrey and we want to do a weekend trails riding that will be spectacular - Not too technical, muddy or chalky - just spectacular. Happy to wildcamp - Do the great and good have any waypoints, maps and suggestions?
