Yep, servo + abs, removed the pump and sundry pipework and retained the electronics as per your method!

Here’s another one….
I know the solid thin pipe is screwed inc but are the two rubber hoses connected to the distribution block on the right hand side of the mudguard screwed in or press/crimped fit as standard?
Some brake line kits are advertised as ‘4 line’ - I’m assuming they’d have to come with a new block if these are pressed in!

No need to buy new brake lines .,
Use the original resr, it fits no problem.
And use a 4 inch length of copper brake line bent to shape and fit it at the top brake line junction attached to the frame .. use the two threaded inserts from the old solid brake line on the new copper section

Thanks steptoe. My old ones were rusty, so they need replacing one way or another. Just working out what to actually do.
I know the old distributor can be repurposed, so it’s just hoses I need.
Do you know if the original T piece can be reused, or are the rubber hoses crimped/pressed to fit?

I did it to my GSA with servo ABS
Rainbow Workshop did it for me
I bought a new non ABS GSA braided brake line from a Motorrad main dealer, so
It looked correct
Genuine rear BMW GSA braided line was about £40
I might get the fronts changed for a non ABS GSA braided set up too, to sharpen up the front end feel
