It's a pit heap and your ridding round and round for 12 hours. Old miners got milions of pounds compensation for breathing in the stuff your going to be covered in.

No dust this year Brian just a glorious mud fest and rocks rocks rocks, I hate feckin rocks, wet rocks, slippy rocks, sharp rocks and did I mention the rocks?

I waved down an HPN Beemer and met the mighty Wreford. (We later shared pits with BB1 Dakar Gal and Wreford)

Back next year? More than likely. Met some great people, a great bunch of marshalls and we had a ball!

D2D DVD

The DVD of 2008 12hr D2D has been released at NEC. It will be on TV Boxing day according to the very friendly girl on the Touratech stand. Nick Plumb told me there will be 6, 12 and 24hr events in 09. There will be the usual over 40s class but none for over 50s so I might just go and help this year.
