2012 bike not pulling right under load.

It's all under warranty and I must say that since they put a guy on the bike who was a quicker rider and he confirmed he found the problem to be serious, the dealer has been engaged in trying to find the problem.
They made me pay for the fuel flush as at that point they thought it was fuel contamination and hence MY fault. I expect they will refund this bill but at the moment I just want to get my lovely bike sorted.

OK, so it's been in 3 times now. Bearing in mind the problem as described in the first MSG in this post, does anyone have any idea what could be the root cause?
So far the dealer has done the following to try and find the problem:
- flush fuel tank and all lines
- new air filter
- new spark plugs
- new primary coils
- new fuel controller
-------This work has not solved the fault, the dealer has a pair of secondary coils on order but they doubt they would be able to cause this problem, we will soon see as they will call me in when they have them for fitting.

There was some progress with the dealer in that they put a faster rider on the bike and he noticed the problem instantly. They now seem fully engaged in helping.
Again - any idea would be appreciated, it's really doling my head in now.

They also checked the valve clearances.

They also checked the valve clearances.

the service is the key event here, I would get the guy or guys who did it to get the bike in again and walk through every item they did and every part touched on the way, maybe a wire got trapped or pulled out of a connector or a pipe kinked etc

can they check fuel pressure and injector operation even by comparison to another bike (maybe difficult if problem only appears under load)

did they re load any ECU software updates, wouldn't be the first time a mechanic has got the IT side of things wrong

at least they agree you have an issue, maybe time to ask for another bike if all else fails

Turned out that my problem also was coil related.
The stuttering started around 5000-5500 rpm.

As stated in previous posting, the dealer first replaced the battery, since the bike had been standing without lifesupport between October and March, then they replaced the plugs since they looked a mess.

Then the bike ran quite ok. The odd hiccough now and then, but nothing too annoying. Rode a lot with wifey on the pillion, so no inspired (aggressive according to her) riding.

Last week though, I went on two semi-long lone rides. And how it stuttered and spluttered... Cheezus... Alright when cold and the first km:s thereafter, but the further I went, it got worse and worse. It coughed at low rpm and misfired like the bean-eating cowboys in Blazing Saddles at 5500 rpm.

And so, the main coils got replaced yesterday, and heyyy... My redhead now runs as smooth as a 2006 GS possibly can. :thumb2
