Finished 'running in' yesterday. 250 to run in and then book say's 'ride sensibly'At last, a proper small capacity superbike! Takes me right back 30 odd years when my (then) girlfriend had a CBR400RR which was a lovely little bike. A mate had an NC30 which I used to lust after. If only I had more garage room....I'd far rather have this new kwacker than part with as much for an over-hyped LC350.
Redlines ( not mine, yet ) at 15,000 rpm but even at the 6,000 rpm I have taken it up to, you can really feel she wants to fly ! Fitted radiator cover and a double bubble PUIG screen ( screen does make a difference ). Weeks rain forecast now
This is creating interest, as is the Wayne Rainey style XSR900. Are we seeing revived interest in sports bikes? Or at least, bikes that look sporty but still permit ageing bodies to ride them?
Looks the business too. Love the colour scheme100 miles around North wales...cracking little bikeView attachment 411947
