2025 GB350S

Why ?
Everybody on the launch reviews raved about about he handling from the Tourance Next tyres .
Too expensive here in India. Vredenstein tyres are excellent value for money while offering very good performance (read grip on all surfaces.)

JB Heres a comparison a mate of mine gave me comparing a GB350 with the Enfield Hunter 350cc and also his classic 1950’s Ariel 350cc
Would love to hear more, as my dad has a 1955 ariel red hunter 350 that I've just insured and will be hopefully having a few rides on.. Any good info on the Ariel would be great. 👍

I know little about them , other than make sure your fillings are secure as they vibrate like a hammer drill at speed🤣🤣. Its his dad’s Ariel that he has too.

Had asit on one at Dobles yesterday . Nice build quality, great paint . Felt too small for me at 6 ft 5 as did the CL 500 . I guess any thing is small after a 1300 GSA but felt it wouldn't get the use my other bikes do . I can see the charm though . That Yorkshire bloke has done a nice in detail Video

This rack now available

Also their C-Bow frames and panniers if you prefer to the soft Honda ones

I'm just testing a Quadlock mount for the GB350 that I've designed and 3D printed - I wanted something very low profile and unobtrusive. It attaches between the handlebar clamps, and allows a vibration damper to be used. There is only just over 1mm of clearance when the clamps are torqued up, so it's pretty thin, but I've done a fair few miles with a heavy iPhone 13 Pro Max and haven't lost it yet!

I’m just into the first 50 miles on mine after Mondays delivery.
Motor’s just plain nice with adequate power even at these running in revs for the traffic in Cheshire. Definitely think motorway usage will be no issue.
Overall I’m (at this early stage), very impressed.
What a lovely bike!

looks good. fault?

Stupid mechanic somehow snapped key cover on tank during PDI. Fuck knows how .

Anyway, dealer called me before I collected it to tell me and also to say they’ve ordered a new tank cap, plus new ignition barrel and side panel lock , otherwise the tank would have had a separate key.
Pretty good service, though I don’t trust the mechanic . Fuck knows what he does when he services my Wing !
Literally rode it home 3 miles but first impressions are great.
Well I spent all day working on the bike, fitting pannier frames and the Honda bags, plus the USB-C point, bikini fairing ,Red Rooster exhaust, plus BMC air filter.
The USB-C charger point was a bit of a faff-took about 1 1/2 hours . You have to remove headlight then remove back of clocks to replace with a new back which includes the charger holder. You then have to open up headlight to find the green and red wires to connect the loom from USB-C point.
Fiddly but doable .
The biking fairing was an utter bastard.
Probably took three hours .
Most difficult bit is adding the top bracket which bolts in under the clocks. Then the main bracket is an absolute sod to get past the headlight.
But it’s all done .
Seriously suggest getting your dealer to do it if you can blag it for free.
Mine was going to charge usual £120 per hour and I doubt the tech guy would have done it much quicker as the dealer is more a Honda car dealer and bikes are a sideline -doubt he’s done a 350 fairing yet as mine only second bike here in Guernsey .
Obviously a big dealer with more turnover will be quicker if up to speed.
Red Rooster sounds nice. Possibly even quieter than the OE exhaust with baffle in but with baffle out sounds lovely without being too loud.
Won’t get much time to rode bike till May as off to Brittany on Saturday on my Voge plus wife and dog in tow with car.
But I’m bringing the 350 to UK when I get back as I’m on standby with work for 10 days so planning to run it in .

That is a nice bike. The latest issue of Bike magazine dropped on the doormat a few days ago with a test of this v an Enfield and a Triumph, they picked the Triumph as the winner but I think I’d prefer the Honda, it looks more the thing (sorry, can’t put it into better words!). Enjoy riding it.
