As in the title, I bought this on 1st May from a local guy, PXing my NT1100, he wanted a touring bike for a trip to Norway and at 6-3" found the TMax did not suit him. I've for a long time wanted to scratch the TMax itch and having previously owned a 750 XADV was happy to do a deal, with me handing a wedge of cash to him as well, as he had paid Tinkler's of Norwich £14,403 for it.
I have ridden just a few miles on it and added the rear Yamaha back rest assembly, which is also the basis for adding the top box rack. And whilst the TMax is a great way to travel I must be honest and say I've not really got a use for it, as well as having too many bikes. So, here it is, offered at £12500 and as always expecting some negotiation. It is, naturally in showroom condition, with not a mark on it. If it doesn't sell, fair enough, I'm away in 2 weeks, in my motorhome, back in UK end October.
