Has anyone tried one of these 256 MB datacards from ebay? I have a Streetpiolt III and I seem to remember reading somewhere that they don't take a 256 card. But the bloke on ebay says they fit OK...mind you, he would...

Could you share the link to the ebay seller as I would like to get one of these?

GUYS.

I bought mine from www.gpsw.co.uk.

Paid more than E-Bay guy is asking for.
Her's a bit of useless info for ya. The original GARMIN 256 is NOT compatable with Streetpilot111 anymore due to it's high lead content. I was told that by the guy who runs Gpsw.Something to do with RoHS compliance.,,, Honest.I noticed he had a few original 256 cards but with that disclaimer, so I asked him why.

Saved about £60/70 on his prices but would have saved more off e-Bay I suppose.

HTH
