My free map update disc finally arrived today…. Ordered it back in February I had to ring them to say it still hadn’t arrived yet
The guy I spoke to said one had been sent already (yer right) but would send another

and if you don't want to wait, there are a few of us with an extra copy, as Garmin sent some of us two at once.

personally i'd like my v6 back, as since installing v9 i've not been able to upload maps to the unit, even though everything is fully up to date. Not impressed.

My disc arrived yesterday I seam to have unlocked it sucessfully.

I have had the same problem. Garmin have communicated and told me to reload the USB drivers. Did not work for me as I think my USB connector on the GPS is ferked

I had the same proble, check you have the latest upgrade softwar, that was the problem with mine.

Are you using 6.12.3
