Thanks to The Foolish Fellow for copying my copy of the Training VHS. Me Dickhead didn't realize that on the rest of the VHS was a movie of our first grandchild 21 years ago so if you don't want boring to death (OK Marion, you may be interested ) stop at the credits of the Garmin Training bit. Should have mentioned, the Foolish Fellow offered to transpose the VHS that was doing the rounds to DVD, courtesy of that used bike/parts dealer from Oxon, erm, Nick Marshall, and distribute for a small fee I imagine, purely for evaluation purposes of course. Maybe if you PM him......................................
